3.用手均匀把肉沫分布于盘底

5.一边先打入鲜鸡蛋

6.另一边打入咸鸭蛋,用一部分咸鸭蛋清浇于豆腐和鲜蛋上,就不需要另外放盐了。然后大火蒸15分钟出锅。
